When booking this location please be sure to select the service provider listed as “Madeline Ruiz” Crosby Location is located at 5623 S Main Street Suite C Crosby, TX 77532 Located near the Antique Mall and Bridge & Barrel in the white and black building. Entrance is by the parking lot, last door located near the FedEx drop box. There is a black bench outside the door. Once there please wait in the waiting area or your car and let me know you have arrived. Cancellation Policy
If cancelling or rescheduling please give at least 24 hours notice. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled after the 24 hour mark will be charged 50% of the service total.
No Call, No Show Policy: Communication is key! If you are running late or need to reschedule/cancel please reach out before your scheduled appointment. All no call, no shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
Late Policy: There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are not in the studio at that time you will be marked late and charged 50% of your service total and may be asked to reschedule your appointment depending on availability.
Period Policy: You can still wax while on your period. Just be sure to wear a menstrual cup or a fresh tampon. Tampons and wipes will be available in studio upon request. Policies are still in place when cancelling due to menstrual cycles.
