If cancelling or rescheduling please give at least 24 hours notice. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled after the 24 hour mark will be charged 50% of the service total. No Call, No Show Policy: Communication is key! If you are running late or need to reschedule/cancel please reach out before your scheduled appointment. All no call, no shows will be charged 100% of the service total. Late Policy: There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are not in the studio at that time you will be marked late and charged 50% of your service total and may be asked to reschedule your appointment depending on availability. Period Policy: You can still wax while on your period. Just be sure to wear a menstrual cup or a fresh tampon. Tampons and wipes will be available in studio upon request.
